Presented in this forum work on nanotechnology applied to food that are taking place in the center The seventh edition of the network aims NanoSpain work together and coordinate the efforts of Spanish research groups in the field of nanotechnology. In addition, this network aims to advise governments and institutions to identify potential actions in this area. In this edition involved 278 research groups (about 1,600 researchers) making it one of the largest networks of scientific work in Spain.
The latest editions of NanoSpain were held with the aim to promote the exchange of knowledge and promote interdisciplinary discussions among various groups, organized around several themes: advanced methods of nanofabrication, nanomaterials, and nanoelectronics nanochemistry among others.
Cartif researchers presented a poster with the first results obtained in the dynamic project which works in the very beginning nanoencapsulation of assets for the food industry.
