Platform for e-health future TREATMENT aims to create a generic middleware platform foundation for the development of applications for intelligent application management and treatment for patients, especially chronic, disabled and elderly. The project, led by the company INDRA, includes the design and implementation of new interfaces for non-pharmacological therapy (PT6). Co-financed by the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade.
Development of embedded systems for advanced industrial applications on predictive maintenance, control and navigation. The skills of the embedded systems have been explored (different HW/SW architectures) for their industrial application. Specifically, it has been manufactured a mobile prototype for 3D scanning purposes. The built-in architecture makes possible the navigational control, the acquired data processing, and the management of the communications at the same time. The project was co-funded by the Spanish Government.
Consists of an automatic visual inspection system as additional position over the belt production terminus. From the visual inspection point of view, problems due to the fact that metal surfaces are very reflective can occur. Also complex geometries hinder the suitable illumination of each area, and the presence of oil and dirt can hide defects. The variability of the ambient lightning modify the inspection results and the reduced cycle time prevents an exhaustive inspection. The project was developed in collaboration with RENAULT-Valladolid (Spain).
Automatic red beet and horticultural planting machine. Improves and reduces these crops transplantation technique. Improves and reduces the environmental impact by reducing the number of pesticides used in the cultivation of these products.
Automatic transplanting machine for red beet. Control engines and monitoring with PIC microcontrollers. For paper-port zig-zag seedbeds.
Self-propelled platform for work at height on irregular ground (500 kg load, rising 15 m). Prototype with sensitized system of security against overloads and tilt tracking. Automatic leveling
Depalletizing robot assisted by computer vision of a radiator that is not in fixed position
GESTAMP and Cartif have collaborated in the design and development of an automatic vision inspection system by computer vision. The system can detect cracks in of stamped parts while moving around the conveyor. Inspect 100 % of production out of a line.
Precision seeding machine with remote control. Direct seeding on six rows (beans, peanuts, beans, sunflower, corn, peas, vegetables, beets, soy). Automated and embedded microcontrollers. The prototype includes electric drives, regulation of depth of seeding, electronics, terminal selection of sowing, etc
Fully automated inspection of superficial defects on foundry brake disks using computer vision (massif, ventilated and retro-ventilated types). Once inspected, it is proceeded to their classification and robotized palletization. Consequently, an exhaustive quality control is warranted. This project was ordered by LINGOTES ESPECIALES Spanish foundry company.
Application developed to run on Windows operating systems. It allows the system, to move the cursor along the screen, and the emulation of the release, pressure, and double click with the left mouse button. The user can perform typical actions of interfaces: Mouse, touchpad, trackpad or trackball with gestures and natural movement of your hands. RatonCAM2 works in conjunction with a webcam. Collaboration with Telefonica R & D.
Provides intelligent innovative solutions, development and integration of monitoring systems oriented to supply the highest level of global security in critical infrastructures. This project originates a computer programming license used in the "DigitalWater Pavilion" of the Expo Zaragoza 2008, in collaboration with SIEMENS.
This is a Spanish CENIT project aimed to defining the highway of the future. 16 companies are involved (including concessionaires, builders and technological developers) in addition to 16 research groups from many universities and technology centers. Cartif assists in the design of external and embedded sensors for dynamic management of the solid ground (PT3).
