Development of technology for the production of mobile robots to perform complex tasks requiring a high degree of autonomy and collaboration capabilities in the presence of humans. Cartif addresses aspects of perceptual systems integration, localization, navigation and reconstruction of 3D models: mobile robot Bart. Collaboration with Tekniker, Fatronik, ITI, University Carlos III, UPC, University of Seville and the Basque Country Univ. Co-financed by the Ministry of Industry, Tourism and Trade.

Service Robot for the hotel business. Research on interaction techniques, navigation, planning and control to integrate into a mobile robot assistance, designed to interact with humans (users and service staff of hotels). In this project Cartif collaborates with the University of Vigo.

Laser geometric measurement and creation of accurate 3D models of churches in the area north of the Romanesque. Conducting surveys and monitoring evolving environments. Architectural using laser scanners is shown through this project as a pressing need for such a broad depth sector as a Historic-Artistic Heritage in Castilla y León. In collaboration with the Fundación Santa María La Real.

Guidance system spreaders designed and developed for the company Collosa. The staff have handled the paver guidance parameters based on the data processing path of the future road. Control system using GPS and communication equipment with total stations. It is developing a pre-industrial prototype.

Smart Multivision. It provides solutions in the development and integration of intelligent surveillance systems, desifned to provide the highest level of global security in critical infrastructures. License used in the "Digital Water Pavilion" at Expo Zaragoza 2008 in collaboration with Siemens Inc.

Collaboration in the CENIT Oasis (Highway Operation Safe, Intelligent and Sustainable) where the highway is to define the future. This project involve 16 companies (including dealers, integrators, technology developers and consultants) and 16 research groups belonging to different universities and technology centres. Cartif works in the design of embedded exteranl sensors for dynamic management firm.
