Design and production of a system for the concentration of coffee extract
The objectives of the project were:
- The design of the falling film concentration plant, the tasks of training the work team, the technical specifications of the project, and the thermal and mechanical design of the equipments of the plant.
- The construction and in-factory installation of the plant.
- The start-up and the optimization of the operating parameters.
