Special machine for the machining of Kolben parts

Design, construction, and automation of a special machine for the machining of 5 different kinds of Kolben parts numbered by models. The purpose of this machine is to mechanize the parts on the suitable conditions for their use by the client.

These parts, because of the material’s conditions and overall, of their machining tolerance, are very difficult to handle, so the system for their placement on machinery and the design of tools are in heavy jeopardy.

These parts are used in the automotive industry as protection for diverse parts of the vehicle.
