Since its creation in 1994, Cartif’s staff and activity have had a significant growth. As a result, the complexity of our internal organization and the social implications of our work has increased.

It has become more necessary and important that the decision making criteria and the behaviour in keeping with Cartif's identity are coherent. For this reason, the Ethics Committee, with the aim of promoting and giving a boost to ethic values that reflect our commitment to society and bring more satisfaction to our work environment.

The Ethics Committee is composed of researchers and members of Cartif's board who work in it as volunteers.

Cartif's Ethics Code, approved in May 2001, comprises the rules of behaviour of our Centre as an institution, and the conduct regulations for the professional performance of our daily work, our internal relations, and the associations with our stakeholders.
