E.F.Q.M system

The certification of the management system constitutes the base for implementing a continuous improvement process aimed at obtaining optimum levels of excellence in the development of all activities.

With the management system laid down by the European Foundation for Quality Management as a model, we continued to implant recognized practices of excellence. These practices included the following:

• Consolidation of the management-by-process system.
• Improvement of the key process: R&D management.
• Definition of the knowledge management method to be used.
• Improvement of the internal communication system.
• Establishment of the recognition-by-objectives system.
